Fitness Consultation
This initial screening assesses your fitness level in terms of height, weight, body mass index (BMI), circumferential body measurements, flexibility, blood pressure, heart rate and strength. Includes a “before” picture. Additional assessments are completed on a monthly basis and are included in your package.
Labor and Love™
Treat yourself to a pre-natal fitness regimen to maintain a healthier pregnancy weight, decrease joint swelling, increase pelvic strength and flexibility, optimize energy, minimize anxiety, improve body image, and require fewer medications during labor.
Re-establish a fitness routine as early as 6 weeks after giving birth to help return to pre-baby weight and fight the baby blues. Mommy & Me options are also available. These comprehensive sessions incorporate yoga, resistance training, cardio, and breathing techniques, customized for the new mommy.

Our personal trainers have advanced education to address the special needs of women who have health conditions including: Arthritis, Cancer Recovery, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Menopause, Osteoporosis, Orthopedic Concerns, Urinary Incontinence, and more. Decrease or eliminate symptoms, while also increasing strength, energy, and flexibility through a safe regimen. This is also appropriate for post-rehabilitation and post-surgical needs.
